The BambiSleep Church name, branding, and original site code are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission. Content created by community members remains the property of its creators.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BambiSleep Church, its administrators, moderators, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BambiSleep Church and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
