• Username & display name — chosen when you create an account.
• Profile information — avatar, bio, and any other details you add to your profile.
• Chat messages — messages you send in public or private chat rooms.
• Uploaded files — images or media you upload to the platform.
• Patreon connection data — Patreon user ID and tier information when you link your Patreon account.

Information collected automatically

• Session tokens — generated to authenticate your session.
• XP & activity data — experience points, level, and engagement statistics.
• Log data — server-side logs including timestamps of actions (not stored long-term beyond operational need).

We do not collect payment information. Subscriptions are handled entirely by Patreon.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the Service (authentication, chat, profiles, XP).
• To enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines.
• To verify Patreon subscription status and grant appropriate access tiers.
• To display your profile, messages, and activity to other users as intended by the platform.
• To improve service reliability and debug technical issues.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our servers. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it, including encrypted session tokens and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Chat history and profile data persist until you request deletion. Uploaded files are stored until removed by you or an administrator.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage and session cookies solely to:

• Maintain your login session across page loads.
• Remember display preferences (e.g. panel visibility).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with the following third parties, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Patreon — subscription and membership verification. See Patreon Privacy Policy.
• BambiCloud — linked playlist data accessed when you load a BambiCloud playlist URL.
• Google Fonts — the Audiowide typeface is loaded from Google’s CDN. Google may log your IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• When required by law or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of BambiSleep Church or its users.
• With your explicit consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. Chat messages and profile data are kept indefinitely unless you request removal. Server logs are purged on a rolling basis for operational purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — update inaccurate profile information directly in your profile settings.
• Deletion — request that your account and associated data be permanently deleted.
• Restriction — ask us to stop processing your data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Patreon page or community channels. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children’s Privacy

This Service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
